WARRANTY PROCEDURES IMPORTANT

For Kentucky Trailer to honor warranty work the following criteria should be  followed. Warranty work can only be authorized by the Kentucky Trailer Warranty Department.
  • Any repair shop including the customers shop can perform warranty repairs providing they contact us for authorization. Some recommended shops are listed in this manual but they do not have to be used. For any major repairs, we ask that the trailer be brought to one of these preferred service centers if possible.  These are listed on the next page.
  • Defective parts that are removed or replaced may be requested for return to Kentucky Trailer, tagged with the trailer serial number and marked to Warranty’s attention.
  • Photographs may be requested before authorization of work is given.Failure to follow these procedures may reflect in Kentucky Trailer’s willingness to assist with current or future warranty claims.
